Your Tech Club built a modular headless car offer platform in Next.js and a headless CMS for Gijba, a leading Dutch automotive dealer organization. The marketing team can now publish new offers, model pages, and campaigns within minutes, without a developer, without a ticket, without a release cycle.

The Gijba leasing platform is the result of a strategic partnership between Gijba Autolease, LFH Lease, Brandfirm and Your Tech Club. From day one, this project was not approached as a classic website build — it was approached as the development of a long-term digital platform that would grow with the organization.
In the initial phase, Brandfirm delivered the strategic foundation: positioning, brand, marketing strategy, SEO direction and conversion principles. Your Tech Club translated those principles into a modular, open-source headless CMS platform, engineered to support those ambitions technically and at scale. Together with LFH and Gijba, one clear goal was set: build a platform that makes content scalable, drives conversion, and remains fully owned by the organization.
Gijba operates in a market where trust, clarity and performance directly impact conversion. The platform therefore had to function as both a content platform and a conversion platform, with enough flexibility to evolve alongside future business needs.
This case describes how Your Tech Club designed and built a headless CMS platform with Strapi and Next.js, where open-source technology, a modular frontend architecture and a conversion-driven setup come together.
Ready to launch your own project?
“Our marketing has to launch car offers at the speed of the market, not at the speed of a release cycle.”
Gijba
In the old situation, every new offer meant:
For an automotive organization that competes on price, inventory, and timing, that is lethal. Offers age faster than they can be published, marketing is trapped in a development bottleneck, and every new campaign costs money instead of making it.
Ready to launch your own project?
No template. No off-the-shelf CMS. A foundation that fits the way a modern automotive organization actually works.
”"Your Tech Club is both highly skilled and creative. They consistently came up with innovative solutions to technical challenges and actively thought along to take our project to the next level. Whether it was complex technical issues or creative interpretations, they always found the right answer. We are very positive about the collaboration and recommend Your Tech Club wholeheartedly. They combine craftsmanship with a personal approach, which makes for a particularly pleasant experience."

This project shows what’s possible when technology, architecture and content structure are aligned from day one. By choosing headless, open-source and modular, we didn’t build a website that constrains Gijba — we built a platform that enables them.
For Gijba, the platform is no longer a cost center that needs maintenance. It’s an asset that compounds in value with every campaign, every new model and every market shift.
Your Tech Club builds open-source headless CMS platforms for organizations that put scalability, performance and ownership first. We specialize in Strapi, modular architectures, custom design systems and conversion-driven platform development for industries where the digital experience directly impacts revenue — automotive, leasing, e-commerce, finance and SaaS.
Based in Amsterdam, working across the Netherlands and beyond.
Your Tech Club, a leading headless development agency from Amsterdam, designed and built the new modular car offer platform for Gijba. The engagement covered the full headless architecture, the modular content model, the inventory and CRM integrations, and the performance and SEO optimization.
A headless platform for car dealers fully decouples content (offers, models, campaigns) from presentation. Marketing manages everything in a visual CMS, while visitors see a blazing fast Next.js website. Benefits: offers live in minutes, perfect Core Web Vitals, and readiness for publication to web, app, in-car, and marketplaces.
Your Tech Club specializes in headless platforms for automotive and dealer organizations in the Netherlands. With 500+ projects, 90% returning clients, ISO 27001 and 9001 certifications, and the title of Microsoft Solutions Partner, Data and AI, we build scalable platforms that combine marketing autonomy with technical excellence.
With a well-designed modular headless CMS, like the platform we built for Gijba, the marketing team publishes new offers or campaign pages within minutes. No developer ticket, no deploy, no waiting. Offers go live the moment the market needs them.
A professional headless automotive platform in Next.js and a headless CMS typically costs between €35,000 and €150,000 in the Netherlands, depending on the number of brands, models, integrations (DMS, CRM, lease calculators), and custom features. Your Tech Club delivers from €35,000, with an ongoing membership for optimization and continuous development.
A complete headless dealer platform with custom design, modular CMS, inventory feed, and CRM integration typically takes 12 to 20 weeks, depending on scope and the number of external systems. We work in two-week sprints with continuous delivery, so marketing can already test and give feedback during the build.
Strapi v5 combined with a Next.js 15 frontend is the best choice in 2026 for car dealers and dealer groups. Open-source, multi-user, role-based access, API-first, and pairs perfectly with DMS systems, inventory feeds, lease calculators, and CRM platforms.
Through server-side rendering with Next.js, edge caching via Vercel/Cloudflare, automatic image optimization (WebP/AVIF), which is essential for the hundreds of vehicle photos per offer, plus lazy loading, font subsetting, and minimizing client-side JavaScript. The Gijba platform achieves LCP < 1.2s and Lighthouse 100/100.
Through a clean API integration between the DMS (such as AutoTrack, AutoDisk, MotorK, eVA, or a custom system) and the headless CMS. Inventory is synced periodically or in real-time and rendered on the frontend via Next.js, with server-side rendering for SEO and client-side filters for UX.
A traditional dealer CMS (like WordPress or a dealer template) couples content and presentation. Updates often require developers and are slow. A headless platform decouples these layers: marketing publishes in seconds, the website loads blazing fast, and you are not locked into a single vendor or design.
For maximum AI discoverability: a structured llms.txt, semantic HTML, FAQ sections with direct Q&A pairs, structured data (AutoDealer, Vehicle, Offer, FAQPage), clear authority signals (customer ratings, years of experience, locations), and original expert content about models, financing, and leasing.
Yes. At Gijba, the marketing team independently builds new landing pages, model pages, and campaigns, with reusable content blocks, drag-and-drop section ordering, preview mode, and role-based publishing. No developer needed, ever.
DMS / inventory systems (real-time or batch sync)
CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, custom)
Lease and finance calculators
Yes, it is actually the prime use case. A single CMS instance can serve multiple brands, locations, or country sites, with shared or brand-specific content blocks, role-based access per brand and language, and automatic sitemap and hreflang generation. The Gijba architecture is prepared for this.
Key KPIs: time-to-publish (from weeks to minutes), organic search traffic, visitor-to-lead conversion, Core Web Vitals, lead quality through CRM attribution, cost per published campaign, and monthly marketing output by the in-house team.
